You must click on the **NAVIGATE BUTTON** (top right) to access Ferry Beach Houses, Page 5; Camp Ellis Houses; Old Orchard Beach houses & Scarborough (Pine Point) houses. All are Non-Smoking units (You may smoke outside). Many allow dogs. Inside photos for any of the houses can be sent to you upon request (there are too many to put on the website). Beautiful ocean views. Open & screened-in porch as well as an enclosed porch. Classic Maine 4 b/r, two houses back from Beach. This is a dead-end street for vehicle traffic - great for kids. BED SETUP: Bedrooms are: 1st-1 king (can be divided back into 2 twins), 2nd, 3rd & 4th all have one full bed. Washer (has clothes line), microwave, cable TV, phone, gas gas BBQ, huge double picnic table on screened portion of the porch. Sleeps 8 in beds. Bath has claw tub & separate shower. Plenty of parking. Walk along Surf St. two streets over to access to the beach at the end of Beacon Ave. Great fishing right here at the end of the street. Owner does leave king sheets as not everyone has them. If you have your own, bring them along. $1,900/wk. Sorry, No Pets.

(V)KIMBLER: 28 Sunset Ave., Ferry Beach, Saco. Great ocean views from this adorable 2-bedroom house. This house is adjacent to the Armstrong house. Sit on the deck with your coffee & watch the sun rise. Three houses back from Beach. BED SETUP: One bedroom has a full bed; 2nd bedroom has a full and a twin. Queen sleep sofa for overnight guests. Sleeps 5 in beds. Bath has a shower, no tub. Please note that to access the bathroom, you need to go through a little portion of one of the bedrooms, the one with the full bed. Washer (clothes line), microwave, cable TV, phone for local calls, gas BBQ, deck, patio furniture. Parking 2-3 cars. Sunset is a DEAD-END street for cars-great for kids. Two houses away at the end of the street is where guys (& a few gals) fish at high tide when water is up to the rocks. DAPHNE: 29 Sunset Ave., Ferry Beach, Saco. Two bedroom unit which is on the ground floor of a 2-family house. Rarely are the owners upstairs = but sometimes they are. They own a boat and if here in Maine, weather permitting, all of their time is spent on the boat. BED SETUP: Each bedroom has a full bed and there's a pull-out sleep sofa in the living room (full sized). Very short walk to the beach. There is a back & side yard, fully equipped kitchen, microwave, gas BBQ, patio table, cable TV. New mattresses in spring, 2006. Home is located on a dead-end street for car traffic which is good for small kids. Great fishing right at the end of this street at high tide. KELLY - 643 Ferry Rd., Saco. Two-bedroom house with large yard plenty of parking in nice quiet area further back from the beach. Beautiful "distant views" of the Saco River from the back yard to watch the boats going up & down. BED SETUP: One bedroom has a full bed; 2nd bedroom has set of bunks (with twin-sized mattresses); Futon sleep sofa in living room-full size; Futon on enclosed porch-full size. Sleeps 8 in beds utilizing the two frutons. This house is a little "rustick"” Located up a little on the Ferry Rd. Only about a 4-5 minutes to walk to the Camp Ellis Beach or Ferry Beach. House has a bath with shower (no tub); gas BBQ grille, picnic table, microwave, cable TV, all kitchen supplies, pillows, blankets, etc. and an enclosed front porch. Pets OK. $750...$820/with dog

DUNTON - 2 Eagle Ave., Ferry Beach, Saco Cute well-kept 2-b/r with large living room on the corner of Eagle Ave. & Seaside Ave. Bed Setup: Two bedrooms. Bedroom #1 has a full bed. Bedroom #2 has a bunk which is a full on the bottom & a twin on the top; X-tra cot and a full-size sleep sofa in living room. Gas grille, patio set, picnic table, dishwasher, Cable TV, VCR, microwave, washer/dryer, phone for local calls, shower/tub combo. Owner leaves pack ‘n play for babies + high chair. Two decks & small yard. House does have heat. Just walk down Eagle Ave. with beach access at the end of the street. Parking for 2-4 cars. Will sleep 5 in beds & 8 total utilizing the sleep sofa & cot. $1,300/wk. Sorry, no pets allowed.
