This is a five-bedroom cottage with terrific huge enclosed porch & a deck on rear. Large yard. Four bedrooms are upstairs & one bedroom is on 1st floor. BED SETUP: All five beds are full & there's a twin bed on the porch on the side. Five houses back from Beach, limited ocean views from porch & bedrooms. Fireplace (propane), Microwave, TV, BBQ gas grille, washing machine (clothes line). The refrigerator in kitchen is smaller than normal & owner also has a dorm-type fridge on the porch. Two baths; one with a tub & shower and one with a shower (both on the first floor level-the one with the shower off the porch area). Plenty of parking. Sleeps 11 in beds. Walk along Surf St. two streets over with access to the beach at the end of Fairhaven Ave. It’ll take about a minute or so to get to the beach. This is a dead-end street for cars - great for kids. Great fishing right at the end of the street. PETS POSSIBLE with permission. $2,200/wk. If allowed, X-tra $70 for dog. Off Season rates vary.

Four bedrooms, remodeled kitchen. Bed Setup: Three bedrooms have a full bed, 4th has 2 twins. Sleeps 8 in beds. There is a microwave, Cable TV, DVD, washer/dryer, dishwasher, shower (no tub), Deck, gas BBQ, picnic table & phone for local calls. Large screened porch with combination windows. House has heat if needed. Parking for about 3-4 cars. Walk down the street to the ocean, turn left & over 3 streets for access onto the beach-takes about 2 minutes. Dead-end street for traffic. There is great fishing @ end of the Sunset Ave. at high tide. In Camp Ellis (next section over), there is a mile jetty from which people also fish. For large groups, some rent this along with the Little House, which is to the rear-left. NOTE: Past renters were able to get a wireless signal on their laptop at the house from neighbors in the area. Bring your laptop too if you want (no guarantee but it did work for them). $2,000/wk. Sorry, no pets permitted.

Nice area "off the beaten path" yet close to everything. This house is set up with two living rooms as one is an in-law unit. Two baths; one with shower/tub combo, 2nd bath with shower. Bed Setup: One bedroom has a full bed; 2nd b/r has 2 twins; 3 b/r has 1 full bed and the 4th b/r has a twin. A new futon in the Sun Room to sleep 2 more, full size (not in my pictures yet). It will sleep a total of 7 in beds; 9 with futon in Sun Room (more on the floor-bring a blow-up mattress, it's roomy enough). There is cable TV, two refrigerators, microwave, gas BBQ grille. picnic table, phone. Very large yard with handicap ramp in rear. Plenty of parking.
To get to Ferry Beach, walk towards ocean, left on Surf St. & over 3 streets to the end of Beacon for beach access. Or across the street from the house is Cove Ave. Take 1st left off of Cove down dirt street (Island View St.) to get to the Camp Ellis Beach. Both are short walks-Camp Ellis beach is closer. $1,950 wk. Sorry no pets allowed. You could also bike down or drive your car and park at the docks in Camp Ellis. The owner will leave a parking pass to park in Camp Ellis at the docks, if you don't want to walk or bike. There's a $20 deposit for the pass which must be left at the house when you check out. After confirmed the pass has been left, your deposit will be returned. BEST OF ALL: There's an in-ground pool at this complex. There is also a dock area on the river......bring your canoe, kayak & fishing poles. The home is located in a small complex with similar cottages. The most beautiful sunsets can be seen from the dining room, outside on the lawn and from the master b/r. Home has a gas BBQ, bath has tub/shower combo (with a whirlpool tub), microwave, cable TV, DVD, dishwasher, portable A/C unit, outside firepit. There's also a washer/dryer.
