This cute house was remodeled spring, 2006, everything is new. One bedroom little house….down the street from the little church; 5 houses back from the ocean. This is a short walk to either the Camp Ellis beach or the Ferry Beach. BED SETUP: Bedroom has a queen-size bed, and a full sleep sofa in living room. Will sleep 2 in the bed; or 4 with sleep sofa (full size). Perfect for a couple, a couple with small children or 3 adults. Open concept kitchen/living room area with kitchen bar. Cable TV, microwave, Gas BBQ Grille, picnic table, large back yard for use, telephone which can be used for local & long distance in US & Canada, and 14X10 deck with a table and chairs. The home has heat if needed. To go to Ferry Beach, walk towards ocean, left on Surf St. & over 3 streets to the end of Beacon for beach access. Or across the street from the house is Cove Ave. Take 1st left off of Cove down dirt street (Island View St.) to get to the Camp Ellis Beach. Both are short walks. $850/wk. Sorry, no pets allowed
