Description
Sip your morning coffee while watching the sunrise and smelling the salt air or enjoying the Thursday night fireworks on the deck (2 chairs) outside this 400 sq. ft. air conditioned studio condo with ocean views. This rental will sleep up to 4 people and has a 3/4 bath (with shower) and no tub. A short walk of 100 feet from the parking lot will place your feet in the sand for a relaxing day at the beach. This quiet part of Old Orchard Beach is only 1 mile north of the village, The Pier and amusements.
This studio rental comes with a queen bed and a sofa bed, High-Definition flat screen TV with basic cable, Wi-Fi, heated outdoor swimming pool, community gas grills, bike racks, coin-operated washers and dryers in laundry room (operated by Credit Card) and parking for 2 vehicles. There is a strict no pet, no candle and no smoking policy in force at all times in this unit by The Condo Association. This summertime rental is for a minimum of 1 week with the rental period starting on Saturday afternoon at 3:00 pm and concluding the following Saturday morning by 10:00 am.

BEDDING & BATH TOWELS: We offer professionally laundered bed sheets, pillowcases, and bath towel sets. If you wish to order these please select Linens at checkout. Linens will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival.
PAPER GOODS/STAPLES: We provide a start set of staple products including paper towels, toilet tissue, dish soap, and new kitchen sponges.Additional supplies are provided by the guests.
GRILL:If the property offers a BBQ grill operated by portable propane tanks, guests are responsible for filling or refilling the tanks as needed. We kindly request the tank be left at least half-full at the end of your stay. Propane tank exchanges are located at most convenience stores. Simply detach the tank from the grill and exchange your empty tank for a full tank at the store.
PETS: Sorry, pets of any kind are not allowed on the property at any time.

Casey Delaney is great at making sure the rental process is easy and stress free. I receive clear instructions on how to check in and check out, and what is included in the property. I also really appreciate her letting me know if the unit is ready for early check in. This was my second year with Saco Bay Rentals and am definitely going to book for next year.
