Description
This is a great house for a large family or for family & friends who rent together. It’s a very large house with distant ocean views. Home has 5 bedrooms (dividing door in first floor master suite) and 3 full baths. Has a full bath on first floor along with one in master suite. Second bath on 1st floor has a tub/shower combo, and a full bath on the 2nd floor. The washer/dryer is in lower level. Also in lower level is a big room with a ping-pong table set up and an area for “arts & craft” table.

Amenities
BEDDING & BATH TOWELS: We offer professionally laundered bed sheets, pillowcases, and bath towel sets. If you wish to order these please select Linens at checkout. Linens will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival.
GRILL:If the property offers a BBQ grill operated by portable propane tanks, guests are responsible for filling or refilling the tanks as needed. We kindly request the tank be left at least half-full at the end of your stay. Propane tank exchanges are located at most convenience stores. Simply detach the tank from the grill and exchange your empty tank for a full tank at the store.
PETS: Dogs are allowed with preapproval and are subject to a pet fee of $50 per pet. Cats are prohibited from the property due to owner allergies. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets. Guests are responsilbe for the cost of any damages in excess of pet fees.
CHECK-IN/OUT: Check-in is after 3:00pm on your day of arrival. We will send you instructions with a code to the lockbox the day prior to your arrival. Check-out time is 10:00am on your day of departure. Late departures are generally not available during peak season.

Bob was very useful in solving a breaker issue in the electrical panel during our stay.

We have been renting the Seascape since 2017 and have been very satisfied.
Please note:
1. The outside gas grill is no longer in a working condition
2. Regarding the king bed in the second floor's large bedroom, we noticed that one of the wood support underneath the matrice, was broken.
3. In the main electrical panel, one the breaker seems to be not fully in its place.

After so many years renting from SBR we have never been disappointed, always easy to work with!

The only glitch is that the outlet in the front main floor bathroom isn't working and the ground fault won't reset. Oh, we assume you know that the fluorescent fixture in the kitchen has no cover over the fluorescent tubes. With two dear friends, two of our children and two grandchildren staying with us, we find Seascape to be a perfect spot. Again, thank you!
