Description
Very nice 2-bedroom condo in Old Orchard Beach is ideal for a small family. First floor features an open concept living room and kitchen with a half bath (couch also has a sofa bed). Upstairs you'll find a master bedroom with a king bed and central AC., a second bedroom with two pyramid bunks (great for kids) and a standing AC unit, a full bath and a washer & dryer. Cable TV’s, WIFI & a standing AC unit in the main living space. There is parking for 2 cars in back of condo and there is a grill next to shed for this unit. Condo is a 2-minute walk to the beach and is convenient to Old Orchard Pier and amusements.

BEDDING & BATH TOWELS: We offer professionally laundered bed sheets, pillowcases, and bath towel sets. If you wish to order these please select Linens at checkout. Linens will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival.
PAPER GOODS/STAPLES: We provide a start set of staple products including paper towels, toilet tissue, dish soap, and new kitchen sponges.Additional supplies are provided by the guests.
GRILL: Guests are responsible for filling or refilling the tanks as needed. We kindly request the tank be left at least half-full at the end of your stay. Propane tank exchanges are located at most convenience stores. Simply detach the tank from the grill and exchange your empty tank for a full tank at the store.
PETS: Sorry, pets of any kind are not allowed on the property at any time.

Great experience! Very clean and spacious. The king bedroom is so huge and bed was extremely comfortable. The furniture in living room and dining were very solid and seemed newer. The kitchen had perfect setup and space for cooking for the family of 8. Minor things like smell in upstairs bathroom, dryer not working too good, and parking tree debris all over cars was very minor compared to location and very quite space. Would definitely stay again!
