Enjoy ocean views from thr front deck of this 3-bedroom / 2-full bath house in Ferry Beach. House has a well equipped kitchen, a charming back porch for dining, and a large living room with split system air conditioning. There is also a side-porch with AC that can double as a 4th bedroom.
The house has 3 bedrooms (two on the first floor and a large master suite on the second floor). The first floor has one bedroom with a double bed and AC, a second bedroom with a double bed and a fan, and side porch with a twin bed and AC. The upstairs has a large master suite with a queen bed and twin bed, and a large wall AC unit. There is also a ceiling fan to help circulate the cold air to the common area which has another twin bed.

BEDDING & BATH TOWELS: We offer professionally laundered bed sheets, pillowcases, and bath towel sets. If you wish to order these please select Linens at checkout. Linens will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival.
GRILL:If the property offers a BBQ grill operated by portable propane tanks, guests are responsible for filling or refilling the tanks as needed. We kindly request the tank be left at least half-full at the end of your stay. Propane tank exchanges are located at most convenience stores. Simply detach the tank from the grill and exchange your empty tank for a full tank at the store.
PETS: Pets are strictly prohibited from this property.
CHECK-IN/OUT: Check-in is after 3:00pm on your day of arrival. We will send you instructions with a code to the lockbox the day prior to your arrival. Check-out time is 10:00am on your day of departure. Late departures are generally not available during peak season.

We were very comfortable. We really enjoyed the front porch which had a view of the ocean down the street. The sleeping areas really accommodated our needs. Everyone had their own little space. The back porch with the large table worked out well for eating together.
