3 Bedroom Condo is 100 feet walk to beach!

This rental has three bedrooms (2 kings and a full) and a family room with 3 twin beds and a cot.  The unit can sleep up to 9 people in beds and 10 with the cot.  A short walk of 100 feet from the condo will place your feet in the sand for a relaxing day at the beach. This quiet part of Old Orchard Beach is only 1 mile north of the village, the Pier and amusements. There are two full baths (one with a tub, the other with a shower), a full kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, two refridgerators, in unit laundry, and parking for 4 cars in driveway (6 if pulled forward).

There is a strict no pet, no candle and no smoking policy in force at all times in this unit by The Condo Association. This summertime rental is for a minimum of 1 week with the rental period starting on Saturday afternoon at 3:00 pm and concluding the following Saturday morning by 10:00 am.

 

PROPERTY ENTRANCE:   Entrance is on the East Grand Ave and Wavelet side of the house. 

BEDDING & BATH TOWELS:  We offer professionally laundered bed sheets, pillowcases, and bath towel sets.  If you wish to order these please select Linens at checkout.  Linens will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival.

PAPER GOODS/STAPLES:  We provide a start set of staple products including paper towels, toilet tissue, dish soap, and new kitchen sponges.Additional supplies are provided by the guests.

PETS: Sorry, pets of any kind are not allowed on the property at any time.
