Description
This 3BR / 1.5 Bath top floor condo is located on a quiet street in Old Orchard Beach, yet is walkable to the Pier and amusements! Property has a large screened-in front porch as well as a back deck and a fenced-in side and back yard. This property is a duplex, but each unit has its own private outdoor space and its own grill. The living room has ample seating and a large flatscreen TV and a firestick that can be used to access your personal subscription accounts (ie: Netflix). There is a large eat-in kitchen with a door to the back deck and BBQ grill. There is a heat pump with air conditioning that can cool the entire condo if the bedroom doors are left open. The bedroom set-up is perfect for a family of six. The first bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds, and third bedroom has a bunk bed. The full bathroom has a tub-shower combo and there also a half bath (no tub). There is also washer and dryer.
There is driveway parking for 2 cars. Property is a short walk to the absolute best beach in Old Orchard at the end of Walnut Street and is only a 5-minute walk to the historic Old Orchard Pier and amusements!
Pets are allowed with a $50 pet fee per pet. Dogs that bark excessively are not allowed due to the proximity of the downstairs tenants.

BEDDING & BATH TOWELS: We offer professionally laundered bed sheets, pillowcases, and bath towel sets. If you wish to order these please select Linens at checkout. Linens will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival.
PAPER GOODS/STAPLES: We provide a start set of staple products including paper towels, toilet tissue, dish soap, and a new kitchen sponge. Additional supplies are provided by the guests.
GRILL: The property has a propane BBQ grill that is exclusively for the downstairs unit. We kindly request the tank be left at least half-full at the end of your stay. Propane tank exchanges are located at most convenience stores. Simply detach the tank from the grill and exchange your empty tank for a full tank at the store.
PETS: Pets are allowed with the payment of a $50 pet fee. However, dogs that bark excessively are prohibited due to the proximity of the downstairs tenants.
CHECK-IN/OUT: Check-in is after 3:00pm on your day of arrival. We will send you instructions with a code to the lockbox the day prior to your arrival. Check-out time is 10:00am on your day of departure. Late departures are generally not available during peak season.

The have been renting various condos on Foote St for years and we needed a bigger space. This definitely had the space.
