There is also a mudroom with laundry and a large front porch with distant ocean views.  Outside space includes a patio set with table, umbrella and chairs, and gas BBQ grill.  

Upstairs you will find 3 additional bedrooms.  Bedroom 2 has a king bed, dressers, and two closets, bedrooms 3 has a full bed, dresser and closets, and bedroom 4 has a twin bed. There is also a queen sofa bed in the living room that can sleep two additional guests.  The living room and all bedrooms are equipped with AC window units.

BEDDING & BATH TOWELS:  We offer professionally laundered bed sheets, pillowcases, and bath towel sets.  If you wish to order these please select Linens at checkout.  Linens will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival.

GRILL: Property offers a BBQ grill operated by portable propane tanks.  Guests are responsible for filling or refilling the tanks as needed.  We kindly request the tank be left at least half-full at the end of your stay.  Propane tank exchanges are located at most convenience stores.   Simply detach the tank from the grill and exchange your empty tank for a full tank at the store.

PETS: Pets are prohibited from this property

CHECK-IN/OUT:  Check-in is after 3:00pm on your day of arrival.  We will send you instructions with a code to the lockbox the day prior to your arrival.  Check-out time is 10:00am on your day of departure. Late departures are generally not available during peak season.
