4 Bedroom 2.5 Bath house in Kinney Shores

Classic Maine beach house in Kinney Shores!  This spacious three level house has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths.  Ideal property for extended families vacationing together.  The first floor features an open kitchen with a large dining room table, a living room, bedroom, full bath (shower only, no tub), and a washer / dryer.  The second level has two more bedrooms, each with queen beds, and a full bath (with tub/shower combo).  The third level is great for kids or a family with small children as there is a large bedroom with a full bed, a bunk bed, a twin bed, a play area with lots of toys (a large Barbie dollhouse), and a half bath.  House also has central Air Conditioning which is rare in Maine!

This family friendly property is equipped with books, games, movies, beach toys, boogie boards, and two beach chairs.  The outside space includes a picnic table, gas BBQ grill, Adirondack chairs, and driveway parking for 2 cars!

BEDDING & BATH TOWELS:  We offer professionally laundered bed sheets, pillowcases, and bath towel sets.  If you wish to order these please select Linens at checkout.  Linens will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival.

PAPER GOODS/STAPLES:  We provide a starter set of staple products including paper towels, toilet tissue, dish soap, and kitchen sponges. Additional supplies are provided by the guests.

GRILL: The property offers a BBQ grill operated by portable propane tanks.  Guests are responsible for filling or refilling the tanks as needed.  We kindly request the tank be left at least half-full at the end of your stay.  Propane tank exchanges are located at most convenience stores.   Simply detach the tank from the grill and exchange your empty tank for a full tank at the store.

PETS: Pets are prohibited from premises

CHECK-IN/OUT:  Check-in is after 3:00pm on your day of arrival.  We will send you instructions with a code to the lockbox the day prior to your arrival.  Check-out time is 10:00am on your day of departure. Late departures are generally not available during peak season.
