2BR Condo with ocean views

Enjoy ocean views from the balcony of this 2-bedroom air-conditioned condo.  The balcony has a bar-height table and four chairs.  This rental will sleep up to 4 people in beds and 6 if using sofa bed.  There is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.   A short walk of 100 feet from the parking lot will place your feet in the sand for a relaxing day at the beach. This quiet part of Old Orchard Beach is only 1 mile north of the village, The Pier and amusements.

The living space has an open concept kitchen and living room with dining table for 4 people.  There is also a window unit air conditioner in the main room and a large TV with cable and WIFI. Each bedroom has a queen bed, a dresser, a closet and TV.  Property also has a heated outdoor swimming pool, community gas grills, bike racks, coin-operated washers and dryers in laundry room (also operated by Credit Card) and parking for 2 vehicles.

There is a strict no pet, no candle and no smoking policy in force at all times in this unit by The Condo Association. This summertime rental is for a minimum of 1 week with the rental period starting on Saturday afternoon at 3:00 pm and concluding the following Saturday morning by 10:00 am.

Please note that this unit is on the third floor and there is no elevator.
 

BEDDING & BATH TOWELS:  We offer professionally laundered bed sheets, pillowcases, and bath towel sets.  If you wish to order these please select Linens at checkout.  Linens will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival.

PAPER GOODS/STAPLES:  We provide a start set of staple products including paper towels, toilet tissue, dish soap, and new kitchen sponges.  Additional supplies are provided by the guests.

GRILL: The property has community BBQ grills operated by portable propane tanks, guests are responsible for filling or refilling the tanks as needed.  We kindly request the tank be left at least half-full at the end of your stay.  Propane tank exchanges are located at most convenience stores.   Simply detach the tank from the grill and exchange your empty tank for a full tank at the store.

PETS: Sorry, pets of any kind are not allowed on the property at any time.
