Oceanfront Studio Condo

This newly renovated studio condo at the end of Walnut Street has spectacular ocean views.  Sip your morning coffee while watching the sunrise and smelling the salt air or enjoy the Thursday night fireworks on the beach outside of this air conditioned studio condo.  This rental will sleep up to 4 people and has a 3/4 bath (shower but no tub). Walk out the door of this first floor unit and place your feet in the sand for a relaxing day at the beach. 

This studio rental comes with a queen bed and a sofa bed, a full kitchen, a small eating area, and a high-definition flat screen TV with basic cable, Wi-Fi, community gas grills, and parking for 1 vehicle. There is a strict no pet, no candle and no smoking policy in force at all times in this unit by The Condo Association. This summertime rental rents on a Saturday-to-Saturday basis with check-in at 3:00 pm and check-out at 10:00 am.

BEDDING & BATH TOWELS:  We offer professionally laundered bed sheets, pillowcases, and bath towel sets.  If you wish to order these please select Linens at checkout.  Linens will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival.

PAPER GOODS/STAPLES:  We provide a start set of staple products including paper towels, toilet tissue, dish soap, and new kitchen sponges.Additional supplies are provided by the guests.

GRILL:The property offers shared BBQ grills operated by portable propane tanks.  There are also oceanfront picnic tables for outside dining.

PETS: Sorry, pets of any kind are not allowed on the property at any time.
