Enjoy single floor living in this 2BR house located on a quiet street in Old Orchard Beach!  This recently renovated property has 2 bedrooms, a large open concept kitchen and dining room, a living room, a front porch, a large sunroom with sofa bed and a sliding door to a back deck.  Outside you'll find a gas grill, outdoor seating, and a large back yard.

Please note that new sofas will be purchased for the living room and sunroom (including sofa bed) prior to the start of the season.  

The bedroom set-up is perfect for a family of four with one bedroom having a queen bed and the second bedroom having 2 twin beds.  There is also a new sofa bed in the sunroom for an additional 2 overnight guests.  The full bathroom has a tub/shower combo, and there is a new washer and dryer off of the kitchen.

There is driveway parking for 2 cars.  Property is a short walk to the absolute best beach in Old Orchard at the end of Walnut Street and is only a 5-minute walk to the historic Old Orchard Pier and amusements!

BEDDING & BATH TOWELS:  We offer professionally laundered bed sheets, pillowcases, and bath towel sets.  If you wish to order these please select Linens at checkout.  Linens will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival.

PAPER GOODS/STAPLES:  We provide a start set of staple products including paper towels, toilet tissue, dish soap, and a new kitchen sponge.  Additional supplies are provided by the guests.

GRILL:  The property has a propane BBQ grill that is exclusively for the downstairs unit.  We kindly request the tank be left at least half-full at the end of your stay.  Propane tank exchanges are located at most convenience stores.   Simply detach the tank from the grill and exchange your empty tank for a full tank at the store.

PETS: Pets are strictly prohibited.

CHECK-IN/OUT:  Check-in is after 3:00pm on your day of arrival.  We will send you instructions with a code to the lockbox the day prior to your arrival.  Check-out time is 10:00am on your day of departure. Late departures are generally not available during peak season.
