Maine is our Happy Place. Our grandchildren have grown up vacationing in Maine. We have been renting for two weeks every summer for 18 years and the Spink house specifically for 16 years. It always feels like home to us.

Again you Casey and Bob took care of my problem with the smoke detectors right away the election came in and was out in 15 minutes and he was prompt also very pleasant and polite thank you for your service

My state was wonderful it got hot a couple days it rained a couple days it was a good mix of everything the cottage has been always a pleasure to stay in and I will be returning

We had a very special birthday party for Nonna. Our kids and grandkids came from East and West. Great location near the beach and sitting around the hot tub and fire pit at night roasting marshmallows for smores. Cathys catering for a special birthday lobster dinner (2 lobsters and a bag of steamers each) in the decorated garage was so much fun. Great accommodating and friendly owners. One of best vacations. Cant think of any suggestions or criticisms. Well be back! Happy Family from Connecticut and San Francisco

Awesome stay we had a blast and will return next year.

Very responsive to our questions and concerns in advance of making the rental.

We were very comfortable. We really enjoyed the front porch which had a view of the ocean down the street. The sleeping areas really accommodated our needs. Everyone had their own little space. The back porch with the large table worked out well for eating together.

Very nice. Our first check never made it there, and I remembered to send our second payment at the last minute. I appreciated their patience!

Very nice cottage with just the right amount of space and amenities and easy access to the beach.

27th year at Grandview, love the property!

Working with Casey has been as easy as it could have been especially considering last year's conditions. Hopefully we'll not have to deal with such again!

Our party ranged from 11 to 75 and felt right at home with all the conveniences we could ask for. Thank you!

Another wonderful week in Maine!

One team member was able to answer our question about parking for our stay. We had two cars and were able to fit both. Their answer to our question was very helpful.

We had a very pleasant stay. The unit was centrally located. It was clean. It was tidy. There were adequate housewares and room for our group of 5. We loved our stay and would stay there again.

We found this house on Saco Bay rentals online and the booking experience was easy and efficient from the get go. All our questions were answered quickly and everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be booking through Saco Bay again.

Open Hearth was our favorite beach house ever! There was plenty of space for our family of 4 plus our parents. The bunk bed room was perfect for our kids and we found the bedrooms to be very spacious and cool with comfortable mattresses. The dining area was great but it was nice having other options like the kitchen island and front porch for casual eating or hanging out. The double living room spaces are such a luxury! Our kids got to watch what they wanted and so did we (with plenty of cable channels!). The walk to the beach is easy and the beach area is gorgeous and quiet - very family friendly. We used the outdoor shower and fire pit area every day! Casey and Sailor were the best welcoming committee. Cant say enough about our week!

Great house and location. Beach is super close. an outdoor shower would help to reduce the sand brought into the house. Otherwise it was perfect!
