Love the Spink house. Its always a pleasure staying there. The owner has maintained and updated the house every year. The location is great, easy access to highways and overall, a comfortable rental property

always professional and friendly and you very accomadating.

we had a great time. we used the backyard and we didn't have anyone bothering us. very private and quiet except train which doesn't bother me. Just need better sleeping accomadtion. you could put another bed upstairs there is so much room there. also there living rooms chairs are hard to get out of for handicapped people.

Casey always returns our calls or emails if there should be any questions or concerns.

Our stay once again was wonderful!! This is our favorite house at OOB to stay at with our immediate family as it accommodates all of us comfortably. My grandsons who have been staying there since they were young and are now in their 20's still look forward to our week at OOB, especially staying in "At Last".

Had a great time. Beach was literally a 4 minute walk (I timed it). The a/c made it nice and cool. Loved the kitchen and the extra space of the sun room. Washer and dry was also a big help.

Sad to leave! The house was lovely, the outdoor space was amazing and the house was a good size for our party of 4 adults and 4 children.

Inspite of contracting Covid the day before we left, we had a wonderful stay. Beach is beautiful and right there.

I had a great experience dealing with Casey. Received everything I needed to get into the property. She was very prompt along with owner of the home when my son-in-law lost his wallet as we were leaving. They communicated with each other and went out of their way to check the home as we were back in Massachusetts. A honest person turned it into Old Orchard Police.

Very happy with this property and very clean and affordable. You can see the ocean from the hill and is a short walk to beach I could have my whole family and our pets here and felt safe and very comfortable Thank you

Excellent service

Fabulous week of fun, laughter, beach time. A great place to relax. Appropriately named Peaceful Shores. If you are looking for a lot of excitement and nightlife this is probably not where you want to be I do hope the OOB trolley starts to run back to Camp Ellis soon. That would of been a great option to get to Old Orchard for an evening.

Casey is wonderful!
